The following General Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy regulate the use of the site https://www.saintcuore.com which is operated by INDUSTRIAS St. Cuore S.A. (hereinafter “St. Cuore”). St. Cuore is a clothing company registered in Colombia. Headquarters resides at Carrera 46 # 30-61 Medellín- Antioquia. St. Cuore’s tax identification number (TIN) is 800.059.608-4 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any product from the site.

Communication must be in one of the following languages: English or Spanish.
2. People who wish to make purchases must complete the registration form, following the steps that St. Cuore indicates to acquire the status of “Customer”. This registration in eCommerce implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. However, there are eCommerce pages that are accessible to people who do not register or initiate the purchase of a product (hereinafter, the “Users”). Users who access these parts of eCommerce agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained in these General Conditions, to the extent that they are applicable.
3. St. Cuore assures the Client that the number of units available corresponds to the stock in our warehouse. In no event will St. Cuore intentionally attempt to sell more units than are available. In cases of force majeure such as human error or failures in the computer system, where the amount of available inventory differs from the purchase made, St. Cuore will inform the Customer via email of the cancellation of the order. In this case the client has 2 options; Wait until the product is back in stock or use the balance to purchase a different product.
4. eCommerce does not capture, store or transmit transactional data. For this, St. Cuore has the online payment system “Checkout” (Payment Platform) which is a PCI certified payment gateway; This certificate is granted only to those who meet high safety standards including, but not limited to; encryption software, validation procedures and robust data protection measures. With this, the Customer can make payments on the site without worries. Through credit card payments, PayPal will validate the identity of people using the credit card, especially those who may have suspicious characteristics.
All prices on our page are expressed in US dollars.
5. “Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.”
6. The maximum purchase amount on this site is 500 US dollars. To make purchases for a higher value, please contact the emails mentioned in paragraph one.
7. St. Cuore currently does not offer returns or exchanges.
Once the Customer has received the product, they will have care and washing instructions on the clothing label and will be responsible for its care. St. Cuore will not cover products damaged by improper use.
8. To claim a warranty, the Customer must prove that the item is defective and needs to be replaced by proving that the item was damaged before shipping. They must provide photos/videos of the defective item and the claim must be made within 3 days of receipt of said item.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
St. Cuore reserves all rights over the content, design and codes used on its website, and especially over the photographs, images, logos, designs, brands and trade names that are included in Electronic Commerce. These rights are protected by current intellectual property legislation.
Both total and partial reproduction of the site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of St. Cuore.
Copying, reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, commercialization, public communication and/or any other action that infringes current legislation in Colombia or the rest of the world regarding intellectual and/or industrial property is also prohibited unless authorization is indicated. prior written notice of St. Cuore.
Likewise, St. Cuore does not grant any implicit license or authorization on intellectual and/or industrial property rights or any other right or property related directly or indirectly to the contents included in its E-commerce.
